Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders move to processing and cannot be stopped.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product safety seal is NOT broken.
NON-RETURNABLE: Opened supplements, clearance items, or products damaged due to customer misuse.
